Experience level: 8-10 years in machine design and preferably in SPM design or engine test bed design

Educational requirement: BE/ME in  Mechanical Design with 8-10 years or DME with good experience. Preferable MTech .

CTC – 9 to 10 Lakhs per annum or as per policy.

Negotiable for right candidate.

Skills Required: -

1. Lead the team of 6 design engineers to complete the tasks/drawings in design department.
2. Coordinate with customers for DAP approval and data gathering for projects.
3. Should be able to establish the concept of machine in engine testing machines and special purpose machines based on RFQ
4. Support pre-sales drawings to proposals team.
5. Should be well versed with Auto Cad and Creo tools.
6. Should be well versed in designing using design tools.
7. Check the released drawings before releasing for GD&T, mistakes, and correctness as per scope of supply.
8. Study scope of supply of new projects and get the work done from design team of 6 people and deliver drawings on specified schedule.
9. Coordinate with HOD for projects completion in design phase.
10. Control releasing of drawings and BOMs in systematic way.
11. Manage ISO documentation for design department.
12. Should have basic knowledge of working of IC engines and prime movers and basic concepts of physics to incorporate them in designing.
